Melior Discovery is an in vivo pharmacology contract research organization (CRO) based in Exton, Pennsylvania. Since 2005, we’ve helped global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies discover and validate the therapeutic potential of their compounds across 150+ validated animal models of human disease, in an array of therapeutic areas such as inflammation, immunology, diabetes & metabolic syndrome, dermatology, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, psychiatric, neurological and neurodegenerative disorders. • Drug Repositioning (Repurposing): Systematic discovery of new therapeutic indications for existing and development-stage compounds, uncovering unexpected biological activity that expands a candidate’s value beyond its original purpose.
